During the match, the referee Chad Patton suffered a leg injury as a result of which he could not count Lashley’s pin on time. WWE RAW: Adam Pearce breaks silence after firing Bobby Lashley on WWE RAW
After the match, Lashley confronted Patton and took out referee Eddie Orengo who tried to interfere. Adam Pearce came to confront Lashley and during the heated argument, the All Mighty shoved him into the barricade. Pearce lost his cool and used a term of abuse before taking the decision to fire Bobby Lashley. However, Adam Pearce took to Twitter to comment on the incident. He apologized for his choice of words.

WWE RAW: Bobby Lashley wants a rematch with Brock Lesnar
At WWE’s premium live event Crown jewel, Bobby Lashley ended up on the losing side against Brock Lesnar despite dominating the whole bout. However, he definitely did make a statement with his performance that day.
In an interview with NBC 10 in Boston, Lashley discussed the future of the rivalry between him and the Beast Incarnate.
“Winning a match wasn’t important to me in Saudi Arabia, it was beating him up. He won the 1-2-3, but he knows who Bobby is now and he felt the wrath. Nobody has seen Brock like that before, nobody has seen Brock groveling down on his back like looking up, passing out. Nobody has seen Brock like that, I made him like that. So I think it fit for what was needed and with that being said, there’s one more match that we need to have. He has one and I have one.”
