Many female superstars in the WWE locker room look at Ronda Rousey as a prime example of consistency, growth, and a desire to learn new things. Ronda is a judo player, an MMA player, and now a WWE superstar. The former UFC Champion has achieved a lot of fame in her MMA career and many people admire her for her contribution to MMA.
Recently, SmackDown Superstar Natalya gave her honest thoughts on the journey of Ronda Rousey to WWE. During her recent appearance on Wilde On podcast, she gave a brief conversation about her match with Ronda Rousey a few years back on Monday Night Raw.

“Three-ish years ago when I first was training with her, I found her to be really motivated. She really wanted to learn everything she could about what we did in WWE,” Natalya remarked. “She had done judo, she had done MMA, obviously, one of the pioneer women of MMA. Somebody that put women in MMA on the map. She understood pretty fast that WWE and pro wrestling is a whole different animal.” [H/T Wrestling Inc]
The former Divas Champion admired how Ronda Rousey had a relationship with the female superstars on the roster and how quickly she learned new things. Moreover, Natalya talked about her match on Raw a few years back. Eventually, she addressed how Ronda showed her strength and allowed Natalya to guide her during the match on Raw. Natalya opened that Ronda had trust in her and she did her best during the match, resenting an awful match.
Currently, Ronda Rousey is in a feud with SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair. Both women will soon clash once again for their WrestleMania rematch at WrestleMania Backlash next month.
