WWE News: Sami Zayn discusses his future in WWE
Initially, he found it tough to win the trust of Jey Uso who believed that the former would turn against the faction when the time comes. However, with his epic beatdown of his friend Kevin Owens at Survivor Series WarGames, Sami won over everyone in the group. In a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, the 38-year-old commented on his future in WWE.
“I’ve only been on the main roster for six years. In some ways, I’m just starting. Maybe I’ve already peaked. I’ve gotten to do so much. It’s been a great career, and I’m totally thrilled with it. Maybe the best is yet to come. But I’m extremely grateful with where I am and what I’m doing.”
He professed that he is committed to giving 100 percent each and every day.
“I can’t give 90%; I can only give 100,” Zayn continued. “It’s focusing on those little details that have got me in trouble before, but it’s also what’s got me this far. Each and every step of the ladder of success in my career, each jump that I took, I was able to stand there. I did that enough times and thought, ‘Why not me?’ So we’ll see what happens next.”

WWE News: Sami Zayn and Roman Reigns will face John Cena and Kevin Owens on the December 30th episode of SmackDown
The Head of the Table Roman Reigns announced last week that he would be teaming up with Sami Zayn on the last SmackDown episode of the year to take on Kevin Owens and a partner of the latter’s choice.
Before he could end his speech, footage of John Cena was played on the giant screen where the former world champion revealed that he has been approached by Kevin Owens to be his tag team partner. He went on to accept KO’s offer and promised that they are going to bring the fight to the Bloodline on December 30th.
