Fans respond to WWE Legend Kurt Angle’s suffering caused by wrestling

Chris Van Vliet recently released a fresh interview featuring Kurt Angle, an Olympic Gold Medalist and WWE Hall of Famer. In their discussion, Angle was asked about a potential return to the ring, to which he firmly dismissed the idea. He expressed his desire to refrain from it due to the negative impact it has had on his quality of life, stemming from the toll his career has taken on him.

He stated, “I wish. You know what? My quality of life right now isn’t so good. I had my knees replaced about a year ago. I had back surgery about four months ago. I have to have my shoulder replaced. I still have another neck, the same surgery coming up. That will be my fourth neck surgery. I really paid the price wrestling as long as I did.

He added, “I wrestled amateur wrestling for 20 years and then pro for 20, and looking back, sometimes I regret, maybe I should have retired five years earlier because, you know, it comes to a point in time in your life where you’re older and you want to play with your kids and here I am having these surgeries. I can’t really do anything with them. I can’t pick them up. I can’t play with them. I can’t run with them.” (quotes 17:30 onwards) After knowing this fans reacts as follow:

Angle, a standout and potentially one of the finest wrestlers of his time, has poured his heart into entertaining sports fans. They recognize that Angle, driven by his profound love for the intricacies of wrestling, wholeheartedly committed himself to providing them with entertainment.

His remarkable skill set is not lost on them, and they’re aware of the sacrifices he made solely for the enjoyment of the fans. Fans truly hope WWE steps up to support him and aids in his recovery. It’ll be intriguing to witness the unfolding situation and how WWE responds to the fervent calls from fans who appreciate his contributions.
