Goldberg is set to challenge Roman Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship at the Elimination Chamber PPV event on February 19 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Dudley has said that he would love to see Goldberg return and beat Roman Reigns at Elimination Chamber. However, he added that he would love to see Goldberg then put the title on the line next Friday Night on Smackdown and lose it to Roman.

Goldberg acknowledged Roman Reigns as his next victim last week on Friday Night Smackdown. Goldberg vs. Roman Reigns was set to take place at Wrestlemania 36. But due to Roman Reigns taking a time off during the COVID-19 scenario, Roman Reigns got replaced by Braun Strowman, who eventually defeated the Hall of Famer at Wrestlemania 36 to win his first singles title.
Roman Reigns is currently the longest reigning Universal Champion with a streak of over 520 days. In his impressive reign, Roman Reigns has defeated many superstars, veterans & emerging superstars, and defeating a Hall of Famer like Goldberg will be the icing on the cake for his title reign.
