UFC x WWE: Combat News: UFC and WWE are now under the same roof as Endeavour has merged the combat promotions jointly to form a $21 billion worth Sports and entertainment company. WWE holds a similar status. However, the pro-wrestling giants have been in the sporting business way before UFC was formed. In that sense, UFC is pretty much new if compared with the WWE. However, Dana White’s UFC has still been valued more than what WWE is currently worth.

The UFC X WWE merger has put fresh revelations on display about how Endeavour is going to operate, what transaction deals have been made, how the administration board will look and many more aspects.

UFC or WWE: Which company has a bigger transaction value?

As reported, the whole $21 billion transaction put UFC with an enterprise value of $12 billion and WWE at a whopping $9.3 billion. In the transaction, the contribution price of WWE will be at $106 per share, prior to any post-closing dividend.

Furthermore, it is reported that both UFC and WWE will contribute cash to the company in approximately holding a lucrative $150 million. Endeavour also has the aim to sweep all the excessive finances at UFC, and shareholders of the new company (other than Endeavour)

The listing of NewCo will expand the collective investor base to allow for broad market participation across Endeavor and NewCo. As the recent valuation shows, UFC has been priced higher than WWE. Meanwhile, the administration board of the new WWE X UFC merger has also been announced, which will allow both promotions to retain their original aura.

UFC and WWE Merger: How will the administrative board look like?

Per the official press release, Dana White will remain the President of the UFC. Tony Khan will act as the President of the WWE with Vince McMahon retaining his position as the WWE Executive chairman. The brand-new company will be headed by CEO Emmanuel, who will also serve as the CEO of Endeavour.

Mark Shapiro will lead the new company and Endeavour, both as the Chief Operating Officer. Rest, the board of directors will consist of 11 members, among which five will be elected by the WWE and the rest by Endeavour.
