During tonight’s WWE Backlash Premium Live Event in Puerto Rico, former Superstar Savio Vega appeared surprisedly. He appeared earlier in the show for a backstage segment with Bad Bunny and WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio, where he gifted Bunny a custom kendo stick wrapped in the Puerto Rican flag. Both Rey and Vega pumped up Bunny for his match against Damian Priest. The fans in the arena cheered loudly at Vega’s unexpected appearance.
Later in the show, Bunny and Priest faced off in a San Juan Street Fight, with Bunny ultimately securing the win. The commentators acknowledged that both competitors grew up in the same area of Puerto Rico. Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio intervened during the match to help Priest, but Rey came to the rescue. However, Rey was soon outnumbered, prompting Carlito to join the fray. This led to The LWO and Savio making their way to the ring.
