WWE SmackDown: The Trial of Roman Reigns at the Tribal Court
Friday Night SmackDown kicked off with The Usos, Paul Heyman, Solo Sikoa, and the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns at the Tribal Court for the Trial of Roman Reigns.
Reigns stated that though he was pinned, he is still the Tribal Chief and called the Trial baseless. The Usos then played a video of Roman Reigns’ transgressions and Reigns stated that he did everything for The Bloodline. Reigns said that he has had enough and took the Lei and gave it to Jey. He then opened his title belt and knelt down.
As Jey felt emotional, Roman attacked him. Jimmy Uso then backfired at Reigns, but Sikoa took him out. Sikoa then attacked Jey and Reigns nailed a Superman Punch to Jimmy. Sikoa then held Jey by the ropes and Roman went on to destroy Jimmy in front of Jey.
Jey somehow broke free and attacked both Sikoa and Reigns. However, Sikoa recovered and nailed a Samoan Spike to Jey. Finally, Sikoa delivered a Splash to Jimmy through the announcer’s table. With that, Jimmy was shown being taken away on a stretcher to an ambulance.
What Might be The Consequence of This?
The Trial of Roman Reigns ended with Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa wreaking havoc on The Usos. However, in the end, Jimmy suffered way more injuries than Jey and was taken to a medical facility.
A furious Jey might soon address Roman Reigns and challenge Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at WWE SummerSlam 2023.
