WWE Cruiserweight Championship (2003)
Rey Mysterio defeated Matt Hardy on June 5, 2023, to win his first singles championship in WWE, the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. He had a title reign of 112 days, where he successfully defended the title against Tajiri, Hardy, Shannon Moore, and Nunzio.
World Heavyweight Championship (2006)
Rey Mysterio defeated Kurt Angle and Randy Orton at WrestleMania 22 to win the World Heavyweight Championship. He then had a title reign of 112 days, where he successfully defended the title against JBL, Mark Henry, Sabu, and Randy Orton.
Intercontinental Championship (2009)
Rey Mysterio defeated Chris Jericho at The Bash 2009 to become a two-time Intercontinental Champion. Mysterio had a title reign of 65 days, where he successfully defended the Championship against Dolph Ziggler at WWE Night of Champions 2009 and again at WWE SummerSlam 2009.
Now, on Friday Night SmackDown this week, Rey Mysterio faced Austin Theory for the WWE United States Championship after Theory attacked Santos Escobar who was originally scheduled to face Theory for the title. Following Escobar’s injury, Mysterio replaced him and defeated Theory in the United States Championship match to become the new champion.
However, it is to be noted that previously Mysterio defeated Samoa Joe at WWE Money in the Bank 2019 to win the United States Championship. But, owing to injury, his title reign lasted for only 15 days. Now, once again Mysterio has won the title against Austin Theory, it is to be seen how longer his reign lasts this time.
