What Led to the Surprising defeat of LA Knight at Money in the Bank 2023?
LA Knight was a participant in the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match and was the favorite among the fans to win the briefcase. However, toward the end of the match, when LA Knight was on the verge of winning, Judgment Day member Damian Priest delivered a Broken Arrow to Knight. Right after that, Damian Priest climbed the ladder and grabbed the briefcase to become the winner of the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
This made fans wonder what led to LA Knight’s defeat at the event. However, following the end of WWE Money in the Bank 2023, a press conference took place. During the press conference, Chief Content Officer, Triple H talked about the decision of LA Knight losing at the event.
He said “For him, I know LA Knight was a massive favorite coming in tonight, continuing that ascent. But, you know, great things come to those who wait, right, and that rise is just getting started.”
Hence, WWE must have huge plans for LA Knight in the future, which led to the surprising defeat of the WWE Superstar at Money in the Bank 2023.
