However, now it seems that WWE fans are hesitating to buy Ronda Rousey vs Shayna Baszler’s match getting held under MMA Rules.
An Instagram Post shared “Ronda Rousey will compete in an MMA Rules match at #Summerslam this weekend. The only way to win is by KO or submission and her opponent is Shayna Baszler.“

Ronda Rousey vs Shayna Baszler Storyline
At the last Pay-per-view event, WWE Money in the Bank 2023, Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler were set to defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. However, during the match, Shayna Baszler attacked Ronda Rousey, thus they lost the title.
Following that, the two Superstars brawled with each other. The brawl continued and Rousey stated that she would face Baszler at SummerSlam. Later, they both agreed and the match was finalized.
