WWE SummerSlam 2022 Results 30th July, live blog & live streaming details: WWE’s second annual Premium Live Event SummerSlam streamed live from Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee. WWE scheduled multiple matches for SummerSlam, including Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar in the main event in a Last Man Standing Match.

Roman Reigns vs Brock Lesnar: Roman Reigns defended his Undisputed Universal Title against Brock Lesnar. Before the bell rang, Lesnar pounded on Roman Reigns with a high jump from a tractor and delivered vicious strikes. The Beast Incarnate unleashed his brutality on Roman Reigns tossing him at the ringside.

The match continued in the audience where Lesnar drove Reigns into the steel structure and tossed him once again at the ringside. Reigns crumbled on the ground while Lesnar stood tall. However, Reigns stood back and countered the Beast with a Samoan drop on the table followed by a brutal strike with the steel steps.

Later, Reigns dragged Lesnar inside the ring and delivered two consecutive superman punches followed by a spear but Lesnar stood up at the count at 7. Both men continued to fight on the sidelines. However, the Beast Incarnate took control of the match with heavy blows and later tossed Reigns in the tractor dropping him off inside the ring.

Once again, Roman Reigns beats the count but Lesnar unleashes his brutality with german suplexes followed by an F-5. Later, Lesnar caught Reigns in a guillotine. Frustrated, Lesnar destroys the ring with the tractor and later destroys The Usos and Paul Heyman. In the meantime, Theory comes up with his MITB briefcase but Brock Lesnar destroys him once again.

On the other hand, Reigns gets on his feet and delivers the spear. With consecutive strikes, Reigns decimated Brock Lesnar on the pile of shattered tables, and chairs. In the end, Lesnar failed to stand for the count of 10 and ended up with a loss.

Liv Morgan vs Ronda Rousey: Liv Morgan defended her SmackDown Women’s Title against the Baddest Woman on the Planet Ronda Rousey. The challenger gave a good start to the match with dominant moves to keep the champion down. Ronda Rousey delivered vicious strikes to Morgan, but the champion slipped off with a knee to Ronda Rousey.

Initially, Liv Morgan caught Ronda Rousey in a submission move, but Ronda countered once again. Later, Ronda Rousey caught Liv Morgan in an armbar. Although Morgan escaped the armbar twice, Ronda gave a lot of damage. Later, she attacked the champion once again with an armbar. In the ending moments of the match, the referee counted to 3 for the pin while Morgan caught inside the armbar.

However, Morgan tapped out at the same time while the referee counted 3 for Morgan’s win. The match ended up in a controversial decision for Ronda Rousey. Later that match, she assaulted Liv Morgan and the referee.

The Usos vs The Street Profits: Jimmy Uso and Angelo Dawkins started the match for their respective teams. Meanwhile, special guest referee Jeff Jarrett advised both teams on the rules for the match. The Usos gave a dominant start humiliating Angelo Dawkins. However, Montez Ford switched tags to attack The Usos. Soon, he took counter of the match, attacking Jey Uso with a blockbuster.

Later, Angelo Dawkins tags himself and attacks Jimmy Uso. The Street Profits viciously decimate The Usos. Soon, both teams try to raise the upper hand in the match with vicious strikes at each other. Both teams try to hit their signature maneuvers and end the match, but no one gave up on trying their best. In the meantime, Montez Ford had an argument with WWE Legend Jeff Jarrett.

In the end, The Usos knock Montez Ford to the sidelines and pin Angelo Dawkins in the ring to retain their tag team titles.

Pat McAfee vs Happy Corbin: Pat McAfee started the match with a super kick and multiple punches to Happy Corbin. The NFL Punter dominated the first few minutes of the match until Happy Corbin made his comeback. The former US Champion delivered a dropkick to disrupt McAfee’s momentum. He continued to mock the SmackDown commentator with vicious strikes.

The match continued on the sidelines where Corbin put McAfee on the announce table and mocked his parents and Michael Cole. Later, the match continued in the ring where Pat McAfee made his comeback with a superplex to Corbin. McAfee continued to fight with a Swanton bomb on the sidelines.

Later, both men competed in the ring where Corbin tried to deliver the End of Days, but the NFL Punter countered it with heavy punches. In the final moments of the match, the referee got hurt in the middle of the brawl where Pat McAfee took advantage of the situation to deliver a low blow to Corbin winning the match.

Judgement Day vs Rey Mysterio & Dominik Mysterio: The Judgement Day’s Finn Balor and Damian Priest competed against the WWE Legend Rey Mysterio and his son Dominik Mysterio in a No-DQ match. The Mysterios gave a good start to the match, driving Balor and Priest to the sidelines. The father-son duo targeted Finn Balor with a decisive blow, but Damian Priest aided Balor in a comeback.

Later, Damian Priest switched tags in humiliating Dominik Mysterio. The match continued with Judgement Day’s dominance over Dominik Mysterio. However, Rey Mysterio switched the tag and unleashed a brutal attack on Judgment Day with multiple maneuvers. At first, Rey Mysterio had total control of the match until Rhea Ripley interrupted. Soon, Balor and Damian Priest destroyed Rey Mysterio.

Surprisingly, the Rated R Superstars appeared, attacking Damian Priest and Finn Balor with consecutive spears. Later, he aided the Mysterios to win the match.

Bobby Lashley vs Theory: Mr. MITB Theory delivered a cheap shot to Bobby Lashley before the match. As soon as the bell rang, he attacked Lashley with full force, but Lashley countered. Both men competed in an intense fight with both men exchanging heavy blows inside the squared ring. Soon, Lashley picked his pace and delivered a power slam.

The All-Mighty tried to deliver a spear but Theory dodged it driving the champion into the turnbuckle. In the final moment of the match, Theory commenced his attack, but Lashley caught him with a Hurt Lock to retain his US title.

Logan Paul vs The Miz: The rivalry between Logan Paul and The Miz continues on SummerSlam. The Miz started the match with a back hold, followed by a running kick mocking the social media star. However, tables turned on The Miz with Logan Paul mocking him with multiple punches. Later, Logan tossed the former Intercontinental champion on the sidelines and delivered a moon sault.

The match continued back in the ring where Logan Paul delivered multiple chest chops to Miz. However, Ciampa interrupted, distracting the social media star. Soon, The Miz took control of the match and hold Logan Paul with a chokehold.

Once again, both men stood face to face and started their fight where Logan Paul delivered a blockbuster followed by a figure four lock. On the other hand, AJ Styles arrived at the ringside to attack Ciampa dragging him into the ring. In the final moments of the match, The Miz tried to attack with a chain but Logan Paul dodged it with a Skull Crushing Finale.

Becky Lynch vs Bianca Belair: WWE SummerSlam kicked off with the Raw Women’s Title match between Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch. The Man gave a good start to the match with multiple strikes to Belair. Becky Lynch targeted her left injuring it to have an upper hand in the match. She gave big damage to Belair hitting Belair’s injured arm.

Both women competed on the sidelines where Becky Lynch tossed Bianca Belair to the timekeeper’s area and delivered a heavy blow. Once again, the match continued in the ring, but this time Bianca Belair countered it. The EST of WWE brought her momentum in the match, turning the tables for Becky Lynch with an assault on Becky Lynch on the sidelines followed by a suplex.

Once again, both women on their feet deliver heavy blows to each other and Becky Lynch tried for the armbar. However, the champion caught the challenger and delivered a KOD on the ringside. Belair stood on her feet and dragged the challenger in the ring to cover, but Becky Lynch kicked out at 2.

Later, Becky and Bianca Belair engaged in a fight on the top rope and Lynch pulled Belair down with her hair. However, Lynch delivered the manhandle slam to cover but Belair kicked out at 2. Eventually, The Man went for a super Manhandle slam, however; the champion countered it with a Spanish slam and delivered the KOD to win the match.

Meanwhile, a surprise return occurred at the Nissan Stadium in Nashville with Bayley, Io Shirai and Dakota Kai returning back at SummerSlam. The three women confronted Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch.
