WWE RAW:Baron Corbin blames Cody Rhodes
Baron Corbin got a new gimmick in 2022 when he was paired with JBL, who referred to Corbin as a “Modern Day Wrestling God” Unfortunately, the alliance failed to get over with the fans. Triple H gave up on the angle as well and booked JBL Walk out on corbin to last Monday on RAW.
Cody got a referee to start the match. The two brought the action to the ring, where Cody picked up the win in mere minutes. Corbin was interviewed by Byron Saxton following his loss to Cody Rhodes. Corbin went off on Saxton for asking questions, claiming his match wasn’t sanctioned.
“I went out there and I got embarrassed in a match that wasn’t even sanctioned. Who gives Cody Rhodes the right to make a match!?”
