John Cena in his entire Wrestling career has bagged several achievements and among them are three Elimination Chamber victories.

New Year’s Revolution 2006
New Year’s Revolution 2006 took place on January 8, 2006, between John Cena, Carlito, Chris Masters, Kane, Kurt Angle and Shawn Michaels. However, following the end of the match, John Cena successfully retained the WWE Championship title.
Elimination Chamber 2010
The 2010 Elimination Chamber Match took place on February 21, 2010, between John Cena, Sheamus, Kofi Kingston, Randy Orton, Ted DiBiase and Triple H. This was the first-ever Elimination Chamber Pay Per View event. Following the match between the six wrestlers, Cena was declared the new WWE Champion.
Elimination Chamber 2011
The 2011 Elimination Chamber Match took place on February 20, 2011. The participants of the match include John Cena, CM Punk, John Morrison, Sheamus, Randy Orton and R-Truth. The participants squared off against each other for a WWE Championship Match at WrestleMania XXVII. However, Cena is the one who emerged victoriously. Cena won the Elimination Chamber match and entered WrestleMania but was defeated by The Miz.
John Cena also took part in Elimination Chamber 2014, Elimination Chamber 2018, Elimination Chamber 2017 and No Way out 2009. However, he failed to bag victories in these matches.
Thus, Cena appeared in 7 Elimination Chamber matches and emerged victoriously out of 3 matches.
