Recently, the Undisputed Universal Champion took to Twitter about his upcoming face-off against Cody Rhodes. The champion put forth a bold message for the American Nightmare mocking him. He put up an open invitation for Cody Rhodes on the Island of Relevancy.

Although both men are yet to confront each other, their rivalry took new leaps thanks to Paul Heyman. The former ECW owner had set the stage on fire with his trash talk against the American Nightmare. Heyman has quite pulled the strings for the WrestleMania match as he mocked Rhodes’ father Dusty Rhodes.

This week on Friday Night SmackDown, both men will officially confront each other. Cody Rhodes would also get the taste of The Bloodline who accompany Reigns all the time. On the other hand, Roman Reigns will also handle his business with Jey Uso after his Royal Rumble walkout.

Roman Reigns will walk in as the Undisputed Universal Champion against Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 39. Although Reigns is expected to lose his title at the SoFi Stadium show, there are signs of a triple-threat match for the WWE Title. That being said, once again WWE is heading towards splitting the titles.

Recently, Xero News reported about a potential triple-threat match between Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, and Seth Rollins. The match is said to be set to take place at Backlash in May for the WWE title. However, it is still unsure how WWE plans to split the titles.
