WWE News: The Rock names his Mount Rushmore of WWE- Dwayne “The Rock Johnson” has named his top 4 ‘Pro Wrestling Mount Rushmore’ wrestlers. The official Twitter handle of Fite TV asked people about their choice for the pro wrestling Mount Rushmore, and The Rock was the one to respond to that tweet.

Replying to Fite TV’s Tweet, The People’s Champ named Hulk Hogan, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and Ric Flair as the top 3 seeds, and for the fourth spot, he tied between The Undertaker, Pat Patterson & Jackie Fargo. He named himself and the late Dusty Rhodes in a funny way at the back of Mount Rushmore dropping elbows.

Here’s what the Rock tweeted,

“Always one of my fav pro wrestling questions. Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin, Ric Flair. [The fourth] spot is a three way tie [between] Undertaker, Pat Patterson, and Jackie Fargo. Dusty & myself are the back of Mt Rushmore droppin’ devastating elbows baby.”

WWE News: The Rock has had some memorable bouts against the names he mentioned

The Attitude Era belonged to The Rock & Stone Cold Steve Austin. The two superstars in their prime competed in numerous memorable matches. The People’s Champ collided against the ‘Hulkamania’ Hulk Hogan at the famous Wrestlemania 18 PPV event in 2002 when he famously turned his back on the WWE Universe.

The People’s Champ has also collided with the 16-time World Champion Ric Flair and the ‘Phenom’ The Undertaker multiple times in his decorated career. Mentioning Pat Patterson in the list was expected from The Rock as he has always credited the late wrestler for helping him get his toe in the door at WWE.

The one wrestler Rock named in the list is Jackie Fargo, who used to be a prominent figure in NWA and is considered one of the greatest of all time in pro-wrestling. The Rock has been one of the most decorated Superstars in WWE history & acknowledging the names he mentioned in his post was one of the best ways to tribute all those legends of the pro-wrestling industry.
