Last year, WWE released Kross after being promoted to the main roster with a handful of matches with the former WWE superstar and rival Keith Lee. However, with the change in WWE’s management team, Triple H bought the former NXT Champion back in WWE.
In a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet on Insight, Drew McIntyre recalled Karrion Kross’s attack and how he feels about his return. “I was very surprised. I didn’t know until the very last second. Let’s just say it’s somebody who has worked hard for an opportunity, deserves the opportunity, and is getting the biggest opportunity of his career. Unfortunately for him, it’s not going to come at Drew McIntyre’s expense,” said McIntyre. [H/T Fightful]
The Scottish Warrior also mentioned his WrestleMania moment and his reincarnation as a top WWE superstar in WWE after the 3MB fallout. Additionally, he mentioned his WrestleMania moment by cutting the ring in half with his sword Angela. Currently, Drew McIntyre is scheduled to face Roman Reigns at Clash at the Castle for the Undisputed Universal Title.
WWE News: Drew McIntyre shuts down The Usos on Monday Night Raw
On the recent episode of Monday Night Raw, Drew McIntyre and Kevin Owens competed in a one-on-one match after a heated conversation. Both men fought in an intense match with decisive bows to each other. However, The Usos interrupted during the final moments of the match attacking the Scottish Warrior.

The Usos ambushed Drew McIntyre and attacked him, however, McIntyre stood tall and destroyed both men in the ring. Jimmy Uso felt the victim for Claymore while Jey Uso retreated from the ring. With this, the former WWE Champion made his intentions strong ahead of his Clash at the Castle match.
