As noted earlier, Brock Lesnar rejected Bray Wyatt for a WrestleMania match. Meanwhile, WWE brought some good names on the table but eventually settled up with Omos for a WrestleMania match with Lesnar. On the other hand, Bobby Lashley will go in a match against Bray Wyatt at WrestleMania 39.
The creative changes for the Elimination Chamber occurred after Lesnar rejected Wyatt. This led WWE to change creative plans ending the match in a DQ win for Lashley, who will later face Bray Wyatt. Recently, Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio revealed the reason behind WWE’s change in creative plans for the Elimination Chamber.
“Originally, what was going to happen, was Brock was beating Bobby Lashley at Elimination Chamber. That was going to lead to Bray Wyatt vs Bobby Lashley, which is why they did that interview, but once they did that, they had to change the finish.”
Brock Lesnar accepted Omos’ WrestleMania challenge
On the recent episode of WWE Raw, Brock Lesnar appeared on MVP’s VIP Lounge. The former WWE Champion had a brief conversation with MVP, which didn’t end well for MVP. The Beast Incarnate accepted Omos’ challenge followed by an F-5 to MVP.

Although WWE fans didn’t like WWE’s booking of Brock Lesnar, they might change their mind in the upcoming weeks. Also, there are reports reporting the idea for Lesnar vs Omos got approved by Vince McMahon himself. However, as per previous reports, Vince McMahon has no influence on the creative team.
