Sonya Deville has been through tough situations in recent years. Since a stalker situation in 2020, the former SmackDown manager is more cautious of her surroundings. Unfortunately, this year Deville ran into another trouble that has led to serious charges.
Recently, TMZ reported Sonya Deville was arrested in New Jersey on February 19th on a firearm charge. The report stated Deville didn’t have a proper permit to hold the firearm, which led to her arrest. Although she had a permit from Florida, they did not acknowledge it in New Jersey. Currently, she is trying to get this charge thrown out.
Fightful has learned Sonya Deville was arrested in New Jersey recently for having a firearm in her vehicle.
She has a permit in Florida, but it wasn't valid in NJ.

Although America has a law to keep firearms for citizens, the law is too deceptive. Even, gun laws differ from state to state in the US, which one has to acknowledge while keeping a firearm.
Sonya Deville has been cautious and kept a firearm in her vehicle in order to be protected at all times. Since her home invasion in 2020, she has been terrified of such serious situations. Hopefully, Deville will be out of this situation and get back on TV once again. Meanwhile, WWE’s backstage atmosphere has no heat on the 29-old-star as they understand the situation of why Deville kept a firearm in her possession following the 2020 invasion at her home.
