With the WTC Final 2023 just 5 days away, the International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the promo for the India vs Australia clash at The Oval starting June 7. In the promo uploaded on Twitter, the ICC called the clash “the ultimate test”. The one-minute promo released by the ICC shows snippets of the two teams playing in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in 2023 and 2021. The video ends with an image of the ICC Test Mace and the words “the quest to be the best”.

Jadeja sure-shot starter, Ashwin, Axar & Umesh fight for spot in WTC Final
Both sides have already started their preparations, with the likes of Steve Smith, Cheteshwar Pujara, and Marnus Labuschagne already in England for the last few weeks to play in the County Championships.
The majority of the Indian squad, led by Rohit Sharma, has been in England for the last 7–10 days, with players like Ravindra Jadeja, Mohammed Shami, Ajinkya Rahane, and Shubman Gill landing in London just a couple of days ago.
The Australian side, led by Pat Cummins, is more prepared and well-rested for the World Test Championship Final, with pacers like skipper Cummins, Scott Boland, and Mitchell Starc playing in the Australian domestic circuit for the last three months.
