Kamaru Usman is up for the Khamzat Chimaev Fight: Kamaru Usman obviously doesn’t agree with Khamzat being a threat to him and is quite confident that there is no threat. During a recent interview when asked about if he got some words of advice for Chimaev, he advised Khamzat to not get caught up in the hype cause it kind of starting to happen.
Although he has acknowledged Khamzat Chimaev and his accomplishment in the division yet and said that “he got the W, so its difficult for me to say no or he doesn’t deserve anything”.
He added that “he did what he needed to do, he defeated Burns and I’m taking nothing away from him if that’s the fight then that’s the fight”.
