Chinese UFC fighter Song Yadong was robbed at gunpoint earlier this week by four men in San Francisco, USA, revealed the bantamweight fighter. Follow UFC News Updates with InsideSport.IN.
He was accompanied by a friend who came across a similar ill fate as he was allegedly pistol-whipped at a gas station. TMZ broke out the news, sending several people in shock.
Ex-UFC fighter also delivered his reaction to Song Yadong getting robbed in the USA. Here’s a look at his tweet.
As Song Yadong recalled, it was the first time a gun was held against him. The 25-year-old UFC fighter told about it on Thursday.
He said, “For the first time in my life, I was held at gunpoint.”
“Last night, my friend and I drove back to Sacramento from San Francisco. On the way back, we were robbed by four black men at gunpoint.”
Yadong continued, “When we got there, those four Black people who robbed us were already there. They’re not following us, they’re waiting for the victim.”
“The man told him to hand over his money, his wallet, his necklace, and hit him with the handle of his gun.”
Meanwhile, Sog Yadong and his friend are currently out of danger. As a piece of advise, the UFC fighter told everyone to co-operate with the thieves in such cases or robbery. Or else, they can “screw” us.

When did Song Yadong Lat Fight In The UFC?
Nicknamed ‘Kung Fu Kid’, Yadong knocked out Ricky Simon in his last UFC outing on April 29. He is yet to announce his next bout.
That said, Yadong’s win against Simon came after the Chinese fighter lost via knockout against Cory Sandhagen in September 2022. Yadong is currently the eighth-ranked bantamweight contender in the UFC.
