Brian Ortega praises himself as MOST DEADLY OPPONENT for Alexander Volkanovski: T-City is one of the very few fighters who actually managed to get close in a situation, where they almost defeated Alexander Volkanovski.
The fight between Ortega and Volkanovski still remain one of the best UFC fights.
During a recent interview Ortega said “I would love that personally because I feel like from what the world’s seeing is he’s won the belt, he’s defended the belt, and the one person that gave him the hardest time was me. I put him in the most danger he’s ever been in his career”
“I just put him in the most danger and people noticed that, people saw. I’m just a deadly opponent for him. Obviously I’m always gonna train to win, to fight this guy and beat this guy. I believe I have the tools and capabilities to do so if I play my cards right. So it’s all about seeing how I can play my cards right and going in there and finishing this man.” T-City added.
However in spite of the confidence, he is not sure if he would get another shot at title just after Yair.
He said people doubt him, cause he has two shots at the belt but he doesn’t worry about it, he just plans on doing his job that is fight and win.
This fight may give winner a title shot or maybe another stop at a clash with Josh Emmett is quite a posibility.
