UFC Fight Night: Sergey Spivac triumphed impressively in his career’s biggest fight against Derrick Lewis
The UFC’s master of knockouts, “The Black Beast,” was on a special assignment to defeat Spivac and was aiming to break the record for most victories via finish. He was the underdog, though, and Spivac was fav given his red-hot form. The fight ended up being closer than expected, and Spivac won the contest in the first round.

Lewis tried a one-punch KO in the opening moments of the fight but missed. Lewis never looked in position to win after Spivac bought “The Black Beast” on the mat. And in the end, by using the arm triangle, he forced Lewis to submit and experience his first loss in the Apex.
Later, when searching for UFC President Dana White, and Spivac called him out and asked where he could pick up his fight bonus. He even respectfully challenged Jon Jones for their next bout. In fact, as he advanced in the organization after this, and it will be intriguing to watch who he challenges next after he achieved his biggest career triumph.
