That said, Conor McGregor is all set to enter the cinematic universe with his first movie project Roadhouse. The reports of the movie broke out months back and the UFC star has now dropped a massive update on it, leaving several fans and co-star Daniela Melchior impressed.
The Irishman posted a picture of himself on Instagram where he was spotted speaking on the post. In the caption, Conor McGregor wrote, “Wanna know how good an actor I am? There’s no one even on this phone Catch me in “Roadhouse” coming soon.”

According to the reports of IMDB, Road House will be a remake of the 1989 film with the same title. The story will seemingly revolve around a rowdy at a bouncer bar. Jake Gyllenhaal will be one of the most prominent leads and will share the screen with Daniela Melchior, Darren Barnett, Arturo Castro, UFC star Conor McGregor, and several others.
Amidst all of these, Conor McGregor’s UFC return is still on hold. He hasn’t been active since suffering consecutive losses against Dustin Poirier at UFC 257 and UFC 264. Although he looks likely to return in 2023, the Roadhouse move release can possibly influence his UFC plans.
Conor McGregor seems to hag gained some extra pounds to his physique and can opt to fight at 170 lbs (welterweight) in his comeback bout. As of now, he hasn’t made any official announcement regarding his UFC career.
