The Octagon will return to New York City for another major event inside the iconic Madison Square Garden setting after a trip to So Paulo, Brazil, the following weekend.
The current UFC Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones will make his second trip to the cage this year for the first defense of his newly gained belt in a main event deserving of the occasion.

Jon Jones (27-1, 1 NC), a former two-time light heavyweight champion, makes the first defense of the heavyweight title he won via submission against Ciryl Gane in the first round. Stipe Miocic (20-4) seeks to avenge his knockout loss to Francis Ngannou by becoming a three-time heavyweight champion.
Former light heavyweight champion Jiri Prochazka (29-3-1) squares up against former middleweight champion Alex Pereira (8-2) in the five-round co-main event. The two wrestle for the vacant 205-pound title.
With the official trailer’s release, the anticipation for the event, which is just weeks away and the following event on the UFC’s PPV calendar, has increased. In the video, both men express their goals and desire to excel at the expense of one another on fight night at MSG on November 11.
At UFC 295 there will be other times when the gold is on the line besides the main event match. A title fight in the category he once dominated will serve as the preamble for Jones’ heavyweight defense.
In the co-main event, former champions Ji Procházka and Alex Pereira will square off for the vacant light heavyweight belt.
