The next pay-per-view on the UFC schedule will be Charles Oliveira’s opportunity to exact revenge.
The main event of UFC 294 takes place at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi on Oct. 21 and features a rematch for a fight they fought at UFC 280 last autumn between Oliveira and UFC lightweight champion Islam Makhachev.
The complete main card that will go before the lightweight main event at UFC 294 was revealed by the UFC this past Saturday during the broadcast for UFC 294.

UFC 294 complete main card revealed for Islam Makhachev vs Charles Oliveira 2
The main event for UFC 294 on October 21 in Abu Dhabi has just been revealed by UFC.
On Saturday’s broadcast for UFC 293, the organization unveiled the event’s official main card, which is a highly intriguing one despite having one fight missing.
The lightweight title rematch between defending champion Islam Makhachev and former title holder Charles “do Bronx” Oliveira is the main event of the card.
Khamat Chimaev, a star in the UFC, will compete in a competitive middleweight match against Brazilian great Paulo Costa on the main programme.
In their first encounter, Makhachev was able to exert considerable pressure, knock Oliveira to the ground with punches, and finish the fight with an arm triangle choke. Oliveira suffered his first defeat since 2017 in this victory, which saw Makhachev leave with the lightweight title around his waist.
Since UFC 280, Oliveira has recovered and won by first-round TKO against Beneil Dariush at UFC 289 in June. At UFC 284 in February, Makhachev successfully defended the lightweight championship against the featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski.
On Saturday’s pay-per-view broadcast for UFC 293, the UFC revealed the official main card for the event, despite one fight being absent.
