Israel Adesanya also took a toll on USDA and suggested that there should be more monitoring from them. His opponent Alex Pereira dropped 18 lbs in a day and successfully made the championship weight today.

Now they are aligned for the fight day, as Izzy has a lot on the line to prove. Alex Pereira has beaten Israel Adesanya twice in kickboxing and once in MMA, with a perfect 3-0 over the Nigerian-born star. It remains to be seen whether Israel Adesanya can finally turn the tables at UFC 287 or end up losing to Alex Pereira again.
