TUF 31 Episode 3 Review: Michael Chandler wins once again, Conor McGregor is yet to register his first win
On the latest episode of TUF 31, fans saw another big showdown between Team McGregor vs Team Chandler. This time fans expected that Team McGregor could make their comeback. Unfortunately, it didn’t happen as Team McGregor’s Aaron McKenzie lost to Team Chandler’s Austin Hubbard. The episode featured McGregor and Chandler training their fighters hard for their next fight.
The former lightweight champion did some sparring sessions with his teammates and gave advice on the fighting stance. On the other hand, Chandler took an interest in Hubbard and saw his ground game. Later, the episode featured video packages from both fighters. It showed how both fighters struggled in their daily lives to get a big opportunity.
Eventually, the fight day arrived when both fighters were opposite each other. Aaron McKenzie vs Austin Hubbard competed in a 2-round lightweight bout.

The fight started with Aaron McKenzie’s striking and leg kicks. Although Hubbard fumbled at the start, he changed the phase of the game with his grabbing. Round 1 continued with the ground game from Hubbard as he continued to land big punches on McKenzie.
Aaron McKenzie was covered with blood and cuts on his face at the end of the first round.

Following the first round, Aaron McKenize tried to bring the game on his side. However, Hubbard’s excellent ground game brought the match to his side. Hubbard took another takedown and jumped on top of McKenize to land his big punches. Round 2 ended up in another big disaster for McKenize after failing to counter back.

Austin Hubbard defeated Aaron McKenzie via unanimous decision.
