On Saturday, September 23, UFC FIGHT NIGHT: FIZIEV vs. GAMROT will take place at UFC APEX in Las Vegas. The main card will begin at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT, and the full tournament will be streamed on ESPN+ (in English and Spanish). Preliminaries will start at 1 pm PT/4 pm ET.
Five rounds are scheduled for the main event. All other matches have three rounds planned.
The official UFC Vegas 79 weigh-in results are out, featuring Rafael Fiziev and Mateusz Gamrot as the main event.

Rafael Fiziev vs. Mateusz Gamrot Weigh-in Results Of UFC Vegas 79
The main event on Saturday is already set to include Rafael Fiziev and Mateusz Gamrot.
In the main event of UFC Vegas 79, the lightweight contenders square off, with the victor possibly moving closer to a title opportunity. At the weigh-ins on Friday, their contest was officially set, with Fiziev becoming the first competitor to go onto the scale. He weighed 156 pounds, which is the maximum for a lightweight match without a championship, and Gamrot arrived shortly after at precisely the same weight.
Gamrot is presently ranked eighth, one position behind Fiziev, who is currently ranked seventh in the MMA Fighting Global Rankings.
The co-main event on Saturday features a featherweight match between Dan Ige and Bryce Mitchell. Both fighters successfully weighed in at 146 pounds by using the one-pound allowance for a non-title fight. Neither had any issues with the scale.
This weekend’s 22 combatants competing at UFC APEX all made weight without incident.
