Cejudo revealed the truth behind the break-up and said disrespect to each other was one of the reasons. Despite this, Cejudo then started dating Ana Karolina a few months after breaking up with Cheves.
A few months later in 2021, Cejudo proposed to Karolina, and the couple announced their engagement. Cejudo and Karolina also revealed they were expecting their first child together. Since then, Cejudo and Karolina tied the knot and are still together.
