The UFC and WWE have united to establish TKO Group Holdings, which is regarded as the largest sports and entertainment organization in the world. Since its beginning, both promotions have established themselves as the leaders in their respective fields. In a recent turn of events, Dana White’s promotion in 2022 eclipsed that of Vince McMahon.

Throughout its existence, the UFC has experienced a lot of ups and downs. From being outlawed in a number of US states to hosting some of the greatest combat sports competitions ever. But according to a recent report, Dana White’s promotion has exceeded expectations and appears to be on the upswing.

Reason Why UFC Has OutPerformed WWE

According to a recent analysis from “Variety,” 2022 was one of the UFC’s best years. The 1993-founded company has developed into the most popular venue for MMA athletes to display their skill inside the cage. According to the survey, the UFC has more than 700 million fans worldwide spread over more than 170 nations.

The UFC, which is worth $12.1 billion, made $628.7 million in 2022. The WWE earned $384.6 million last year, which is $244.1 million more than this. Additionally, the UFC is valued at $2.8 billion higher than WWE, which is at $9.3 billion. Additionally, the UFC has much fewer events than Vince McMahon’s WWE, which contributes to its success.

When it was revealed that WWE held more than 300 events annually, MMA journalist Jed I. Goodman made his findings public. Given that RAW and SmackDown are weekly programmes, it is hardly surprising that the wrestling organisation will host more events than the UFC. On the other hand, despite holding fewer than 40 events, Dana White’s organisation has outperformed WWE in terms of money made.
