Following the day McGregor stated he had been approached to coach, Tony Ferguson, a former UFC champion, disclosed on Instagram that he had been called to coach on The Ultimate Fighter series and had chosen McGregor to be his opponent coach. In case you weren’t aware, Conor McGregor appeared as a coach on TUF 22 alongside Urijah Faber in 2015.

Therefore, this may be soon officially disclosed, and it would be fascinating to witness two luminaries against each other where McGregor already won as a coach and Ferguson was himself a TUF product.
Michael Chandler
Chandler is another name associated with McGregor as a possible coaching rival after Ferguson. Considering that McGregor and Chandler have both previously shown interest in facing off inside the octagon.

Since Poirier was the opponent in his last battle, in which his leg was hurt and he lost, this would be a very intriguing battle. Hence, McGregor could consider seeking revenge against him.
A fight between Poirier and “The Notorious” would be awesome to watch to see them together on TUF to pick up where McGregor left off. And it would make perfect sense.
