However, McGregor’s attention-grabbing moves extend beyond his presence at the Joshua match. He’s generating buzz for openly calling out KSI, the YouTuber turned Boxer, for a bare knuckle showdown. Following this challenge, fans took to the internet to playfully mock McGregor.

Fans mocked Conor McGregor for challenging KSI

In case you didn’t catch it, on August 12th, McGregor was present at the Joshua vs. Helenius bout. Once Joshua secured the win, McGregor seized the moment to offer his congratulations on Joshua’s victorious performance. McGregor acknowledged Helenius’ commendable effort stepping in as a replacement and urged the crowd to acknowledge his contribution. In an unexpected twist, McGregor then directed his attention to KSI, who was among the spectators. Check out the video below.

He stated, “I know your man KSI is in the crowd, yeah? And he couldn’t box eggs if he worked in an egg boxing factory. So if he wants to get in here, I’ll give him a final — bareknuckle if he wants.” Following this, the crowd erupted in anticipation as McGregor openly challenged KSI. However, on the internet the internet criticized him for the unwanted challenge. Here’s how fan reacted.

During that event, McGregor also announced his plans for a comeback, stating that he intends to return in December. His proposed sequence includes facing Michael Chandler first, followed by a match against Justin Gaethje for the BMF title, and eventually a trilogy fight against Nate Diaz. 

However, the lingering question arises about his potential clash with KSI in BKFC since he is under contract with the UFC. Fans are curious about the logistics of this potential matchup, how it would be structured, and whether McGregor’s return is indeed a serious commitment.
