Jon Jones opens as an underdog against Ciryl Gane
As the underdog entering a bout, Jon Jones is in an unfamiliar situation. At UFC 285 in Las Vegas, former UFC light heavyweight champion Jones will make his eagerly-awaited heavyweight debut against Ciryl Gane for the vacant heavyweight championship on March 4. Following the release of the incumbent champion Francis Ngannou from his contract dispute with the UFC that lasted more than a year, the belt became vacant.

According to BestFightOdds.com, Jones will enter the bout as a slight underdog at +100, while Gane, 32, will return as a -120 favorite. This indicates that a $100 stake on Jones (26-1 MMA, 20-1 UFC) would result in $100 in earnings, while a $120 wager on Gane (11-1 MMA, 8-1 UFC) would return $100 in winnings.
UFC News Round up: BKFC offers a deal to Francis Ngannou
It didn’t take long for prospective suitors to declare their interest in joining the Francis Ngannou enterprise. PFL and Bellator indicated interest on social media after UFC president Dana White announced on Saturday that Ngannou left the organization and its heavyweight title behind to investigate his alternatives. President of BKFC David Feldman is currently following suit.
Feldman told MMA Junkie on Sunday, “We’re interested in signing Francis Ngannou and would very much like to have him compete in the stacked BKFC heavyweight category. We have a proposal for his services on the table, and we hope that in 2023, fans will be able to witness him on the BKFC squared circle.”
UFC News Round up: Conor Mcgregor flexes his fashion sense
Conor McGregor, a former UFC champion, is now almost as well recognized for his stylish attire as his prowess in the ring. MMA fans admire him for his fighting style and ability to put together genuinely stylish attire. Due to his substantial wealth, he established himself as a fashion icon. McGregor had shown glimmers of his exquisite sense of style during his UFC career as he donned custom-fitted suits and attire.
The former champion recently posted three pictures on his Instagram in three different dressing attires. He captioned the post, writing,” Three styles, all Irish.”

Khabib Nurmagomedov teases business with Dana White
The bantamweight fight between Umar Nurmagomedov and Raoni Barcelos was one of the event’s highlights at UFC Vegas 67. The fight was on the main card of the UFC Fight Night 217. Umar Nurmagomedov, Khabib’s disciple, hasn’t lost a fight since making his debut in the organization, and he continued his winning streak at UFC Vegas 67. Khabib Nurmagomedov uploaded a photo of Umar and Dana White on his official Twitter account after he won the fight.
