Intercontinental Cup 2023: Star Sports has come out as official broadcasting partners for the Intercontinental Cup to be held in Bhubaneswar. Sunil Chhetri and co will compete alongside Lebanon, Mongolia, and Vanuatu in the four-team event, which will take place in Kalinga Stadium from June 9 to June 18. The live telecast of the tournament will be available on Star Sports. Disney+ Hotstar and Jio TV will stream the matches live. It will be the Indian national senior men’s team’s first competitive competition since the Hero Tri Nation Cup in Imphal, Manipur. The All India Football Federation established the Intercontinental Cup in 2018 with the objective of staging the competition in India.
The four-team Hero Intercontinental Cup will be contested during the FIFA International Window from June 9 to June 18, with hosts India participating with Lebanon, Mongolia, and Vanuatu.
