Pokemon Go Solosis: Catch Solosis, the “cell” Pokemon today- There are various new year-related events ongoing in Pokemon GO. As January 2022 has already started, trainers will now receive the first Spotlight Hour of the month. This first Pokemon to be featured in the January Spotlight Hour will be Solosis, often called the “cell” Pokemon. It will be on 4th January, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM local time.
What is so special about the Spotlight Hour?
During the Spotlight Hour, the featured Pokemon will appear more frequently in the wild. Moreover, trainers will also receive double the amount of Pokemon Candy when they transfer the captured featured Pokemon to Professor Willow. Today, the same will be applicable for Solosis.
Solosis is a Psychic-type Pokemon and has two evolutions. In Pokemon Go, trainers can evolve their desired Solosis into Duosion using 25 Candy. If they want to evolve it further, they would need 100 Candy to change their Duosion into Reuniclus.

Is there a Shiny variant of Solosis in Pokemon GO?
Some pokemons also have a Shiny variant that can be found in Pokemon GO. The encounter chances of a Shiny Pokemon are quite rare. Unfortunately for trainers, Solosis does not have a Shiny variant yet.

Before evolving your Solosis, check if it has the best stats or closely touches the threshold. This will allow you to have maximum stat points after you evolve it into Duosion and then Reuniclus.
Solosis has the following stats:
- Maximum CP: 1546
- Maximum HP: 120
- Attack: 170
- Defense: 83
- Stamina: 128
Solosis’ IV can be partially tracked by its CP at varying levels. This, coupled with the in-game appraisal system, can be used to theorize about the Pokemon’s power. We’ve listed the CP values that indicate a perfect IV in 10-level increments, below:
- Level 1: 19
- Level 10: 390
- Level 20: 781
- Level 30: 1172
- Level 40: 1367
- Level 50: 1546
As stated earlier, Solosis can be evolved into Duosion and then further into Reuniclus using 25 and 100 Pokemon Candies, respectively.

You can catch a lot of Pokemons in the wid and transfer them for double Pokemon candies (only for the featured Pokemons).
