In the first semi-final, Patna Pirates defeated UP Yoddha 38-27 and advanced to the finals. The table-toppers never allowed UP Yoddha to settle on the mat, as they dominated their opponents completely in the game. started the game on the front foot right from the first whistle and troubled UP Yoddha both in raids and in defence.
