In fact, Day 4 belonged to East as their bowlers did well to wrap up the North team for 545 runs. The lower order of North faltered in the morning and were dismissed for 545. The scores could have been in excess of 600 had the likes of HJ Rana and Mandeep Singh converted their half-centuries into bigger scores.
Overall, the match was more or less decided when North Zone added 545 in their only innings. They were led by the super talented Yash Dhull, who had a wonderful outing. He scored 193 runs from 243 in ODI format like innings. His innings comprised 28 fours and two sixes.
But that was the not only contribution. Others around him batted well too. Dhruv Shorey was the second highest run-scorer with 81.

On Day 4, all eyes were on whether Mandeep Singh or Himanshu Rana would complete their ton. But both of them faltered. The former lost his wicket for 63 while the latter managed 81.
They went down from 479/3 to 545 all out as Shahbaz scalped five wickets overall in the match. When East Zone came to bat, they managed 102/3 as Abishek Porel scored an unbeaten half-century.
