After over three decades of the incident, the woman has sought $5 million from Mike Tyson. News10.com released the official affidavit that has been filed against the boxing great, where the woman has described her ill experience.
Here’s what the affidavit read, “I met Mike Tyson in the early 1990s at a dance club called Septembers,” the affidavit read. “My friend and I were hanging out with him and his limousine driver. Tyson told us about a party and asked us to join him. My friend was going to drop off her car and Tyson said he would pick her up in the limousine.”

She further admitted to getting inside the car with Mike Tyson when the boxing legend tried to get intimate with her. According to the reported victim, she denied the behavior, but Tyson didn’t care.
The affidavit continued, “He then pulled my pants off and violently raped. As a result of Tyson’s rape, I suffered and continue to suffer from physical, psychological, and emotional injury.”

Prior to the recent allegation, Mike Tyson was convicted of raping beauty pageant Desiree Washington in the early 90s. After a brief battle in court, Tyson was imprisoned in 1992. It was a dark phase for the entire sporting community, as one of its biggest ambassadors was locked up.
