Virat is one of the greatest batsmen in the cricket world, while Anushka Sharma has carved her own way out in the Bollywood industry. The couple met for the first time in a series of commercial advertisements. They became friends and dated each other for 8 years. Finally, in 2018, the couple decided to get married.
2.) Harbhajan Singh and Geeta Basra
Harbhajan Singh debuted way back in 1999 for India. Bhaji has witnessed the highs and lows of Indian cricket, the highest point being the World Cup victory in 2011. Harbhajan Singh joined the trend by falling for Bollywood actress Geeta Basra, who appeared in films like ‘The Train’ and ‘Dil Diya Hai’. On October 29, 2015, the Punjabi couple tie the knot at Phagwara, Punjab.

Zaheer Khan was India’s go-to bowler in the 2011 World Cup. He was considered a lethal threat in the Indian bowling attack. He has over 300 wickets in Test cricket. Left-arm pacer always led a low-key personal life, and never talked about his relationships in public. In 2017, Zaheer Khan announced his marriage to Bollywood actress Sagarika Ghatge, who is well known for her role as “Preeti” in, ‘Chak De India.
4.) Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic
After an impressive season with Mumbai Indians in the IPL, Hardik got a call-up to the Indian national team. He has consistently been a member of the team ever since. The all-arounder from Baroda is married to Bollywood actress Natasa Stankovic. She is known for her role in the Prakash Jha-directed Satayagrah movie.
5.) Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi and Sharmila Tagore
Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, also known as Tiger Pataudi. The legendary cricketer was the youngest to captain India in Test cricket. In an unfortunate accident, his eyes got damaged and everyone thought his cricketing career was done, but Tiger Pataudi was back in the nets playing with one eye within 6 months from the date of the incident.
