The clash between Imane “Pokimane” Anys and Tyler”Ninja” Blevins got the whole twitch community’s eyes on the controversial drama. Amid this chaos, many streaming stars have got their hands into the matter by openly articulating their opinions, where some seem to defend Pokimane & others try to be Ninja’s strength. Meantime, Jake Lucky took the opportunity to clarify some questions. Jake Lucky enlisted the help of Tom “AttorneyTom” Kherkher, a practising attorney, who is a content creator side-by-side. Jake demands help from him to break down the possible outcome of a lawsuit against Pokimane from Ninja.
Jake asked: “Is there a chance Ninja or Jessica Blevins could even win a lawsuit against Pokimane?”
Attorney Tom clarifies that they would need to prove that Pokimane acted with hostility. There have been many doubts since Pokimane leaked the Dms of both Ninja and his wife, Jessica Blevins, that Poki has been receiving. The two mentioned taking further actions, with Jessica dropping messages of the involvement of their legal team in the ongoing matter.
To this, An esports enthusiast Jake Lucky called up AttorneyTom for a conversation to utter some valuable words on the issue. A clip of their conversation was posted to Twitter:
“I got in touch with AttorneyTom, who’s actually a creator and also an attorney, who’s been recently diving into more of the gaming/streaming world with some of his clips. So I asked him, ‘Is there a chance that Ninja or Jessica Blevins could even win a lawsuit against Pokimane?”

AttorneyTom then began speaking, explaining what Ninja would have to do to win a defamation case:
“So, essentially, because Ninja is a public figure, if he wants any shot at winning a defamation lawsuit against Pokimane, he’s going to have to prove that Poki acted with actual malice when she made her statements.”
“What actual malice is, is essential that Poki knew the statements she was making were false at the time she was making them, yet she still decided to make them anyway.”
AttorneyTom then shares his viewpoint of whether Ninja could win the legal warfare opposing to Poki :
“Based on the evidence and the videos that I’ve seen, I think there is no way that Ninja could prove that.”
The video that was uploaded by Jack Lucy’s side was not viewed by a humongous amount of people. It pretty much seemed that people didn’t share or like it.
