Asmongold slams Ninja over legal threats to Pokimane: “This is just 100% Ninja being wrong” – The Pokimane Jidion controversy is still receiving heat, with prominent gaming star Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins adding to the drama. This has led Twitch streamer Asmongold to present his perspective whereby he claims Ninja to be flawed for holding Pokimane unreasonably accountable.
This kicked off with Jidion hate raiding Pokimane, by directing his community to spam her stream. Eventually, he faced a permaban for violating Twitch guidelines. Soon after this incident, it appeared the Fortnite star was trying to help Jidion out of this murky situation. Pokimane shot back asking “why Ninja would help someone evade a ban for harassing me? I have no idea, I genuinely don’t know.”
At this point, the debate blew out of proportion, with Ninja’s wife, Jessica Blevins threatening Pokimane to get their legal team into action over defamation. Needless to say, mayhem broke out in the streaming community with the release of such statements, followed by popular streamers taking stands to reveal their opinions. Streamer Asmongold too shared his thoughts, defending Pokimane. In the past too he had been vocal about the Pokimane Jidion debate, accusing Jidion of his derogatory actions.

“This is just 100% Ninja being wrong,” the popular World of Warcraft streamer said while reading Jessica’s legal threat to Pokimane. “This is literally 100% Ninja wrong.”
“This is worse in my opinion,” he added. “He’s bringing out the legal team, like holy f**k man. It’s not her responsibility to smooth things over for people who are hurting her and making statements towards her that are not true.”

Asmongold further elaborates how Ninja is worse than Jidion. After Jidion’s suspension, he accepted it only to appeal to viewers for his permaban. But he didn’t take any other steps or any legal actions as opposed to Ninja.
Not just Asmongold, many big names including Valkyrae, Ludwig, and others came in to support Pokimane. With big personalities getting involved in this drama, it’s apparent to get settled any time soon.
