Amouranth Asks Twitch to explain the reason behind suspended Twitch Streamers: Amidst the waves of Twitch ban that streamers have been facing recently, the reason for the ban largely remains unknown. Twitch sensation Kaitlyn ‘Amouranth’ Siragusa has expressed her dissatisfaction regarding the uninformed nature of Twitch’s ban. She has also called for a proper system where streamers would come to know about the reason for their suspension in detail.
As of now, Twitch has a policy of letting the streamers know the name of the stream which went against their guidelines and the date of violation, anything beyond this is not communicated.
Twitch star Amouranth had been banned multiple times on the purple platform. Although each time her suspension was revoked, that doesn’t secure her from a future permaban. That might be the reason Amouranth urged for an immediate change in the platform, owing to more transparent operations. Siragusa previously had also called out Twitch for not revealing her suspension’s reason in October.

Amouranth pointed out that Twitch must explain the bans to the streamers and said, “They do it because they don’t want the accountability of telling you what you did wrong. They don’t want to be in charge of upholding their own policies.”
The playboy bunny disclosed her distress for not being able to figure out the reason behind her suspension last year. “You know, they didn’t seem to like my bird mask ASMR, I think,” she said, while showing widely discussed clips of her pigeon mask stream and licking microphones. “But, they didn’t actually tell me. Whatever I’ve been doing, I have to find it myself, but clearly, whatever it is, they don’t like it.”
“It’s ironic,” Amouranth continued, “because I’m on here embracing my sexuality, and people have issues with it, when all the games teenagers and adults play on Twitch, there’s women sexualized constantly.”
“Dead or Alive, it’s women in bikinis, GTA there’s strippers, that’s fine. It’s only real women, we can’t embrace our sexuality — not that Twitch would tell me that”, she added.
Amouranth actually referred to Twitch’s inaction in this particular case as “ridiculous”. She seems to be a little annoyed and wants policies to change for good. However, she has also let her fans know that she isn’t quitting Twitch anytime soon.
