IPL 2023: Cameron Green IPL 2023: AUS vs WI – It’s official, Australia all-rounder Cameron Green will play IPL 2023 for the first time. The big-hitting all-rounder has registered for the IPL mini-auction set to take place on December 23 in Kochi. The 23-year-old youngster is on the radar of quite a few IPL teams due to his all-around abilities with bat and ball. The right-hand batter says “it will be an exciting opportunity.” But for now, the all-rounder is focusing on the team’s West Indies test series starting on November 30. IPL 2023: Why PL franchises are interested in roping Cameron Green?

  • Green is a batting all-rounder, who can strike at 150, and also chip in with bowling with his medium pace.
  • The 23-year-old is also pretty flexible with his batting position and can play the finisher as well opening role well.
  • Green can also fill in as opening bowler if any of the main bowlers are out due to injury.
  • The Australia all-rounder can win matches singlehandedly, and that is why franchises are interested in roping the all-rounder.
