IPL 2022 Finals Live: RR skipper Sanju Samson and the team to pay tribute to Warne by winning IPL trophy – Samson said the tournament right from the start it has been for him. He said the team has played well until now and they would like to take one more step and win the trophy for Warne.
“The tournament, right from the start, it has been for him and I think we need to take one more step for him,” Rajasthan captain Sanju Sampson said.
“It’s really special. I don’t want to talk too much about it but we’re one step closer. We want to do something special for him.”

IPL 2022 Finals Live: Jos Buttler remembers first royal Warne – The RR opener was effusive in praise of Warne and said he made us believe.
“He is such an influential figure for the Rajasthan Royals and having led the team to success in that first season, we will miss him dearly, but we know he is looking down on us with a lot of pride today,” Buttler said after his unbeaten 60-ball 106 downed Royal Challengers Bangalore on Friday.
