- India’s Top 5 will look the same against Pakistan as it did in the T20 World Cup.
- KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma will open while Virat Kohli will be at No 3.
- Suryakumar Yadav will occupy the No 4 spot followed by Rishabh Pant at No 5 and Hardik Pandya at No 6.
- It’s the No 7 & No 8 spots that are up for debate.
- India have included Dinesh Karthik in the squad but if they are to play Ravindra Jadeja, DK will have to sit out.
- Furthermore, Ravichandran Ashwin’s place will also come into question if India are to go with two wrist spinners.
- Yuzvendra Chahal is a guaranteed starter while it will be insane to drop Ravindra Jadeja to the bench.
