Though bee attacks and wasp attacks are quite common on cricket grounds, young Ishan Kishan looked bewildered and petrified when noticed the insect approaching him. India took on Zimbabwe in their ongoing 1st ODI at the Harare. Prior to the start of the game, the Men in Blue encountered an insect attack while singing the National Anthem. Young Indian batter and wicketkeeper Ishan Kishan was deeply engrossed in singing the National Anthem when the insect came close to his face.

A bewildered Kishan ducked his head and tried to shoo off the fly which came very close to stinging him. Such incidents are quite common on cricket grounds. A couple of days ago, Pakistan batter Fakhar Zaman was stung by a wasp in the 1st ODI match against the Netherlands.

The Men in Blue won the toss and opted to bowl first. India under skipper KL Rahul started the game on a fine note as India started to scalp wickets at regular intervals. In the end, the hosts were ultimately bowled out for 189 thereby giving India a low target of 190 to chase.

As for the Indian contingent, Axar Patel, Prasidh Krishna, and Deepak Chahar all picked up 3 wickets each to wreak a heavy blow to the opposition. Returning from injury Deepak Chahar played a good game. He bowled 7 overs where he gave away just 27 runs and picked up 3 wickets.
