Arshdeep interestingly created a record that he didn’t intend to after giving up 19 runs in his first over of the 2023 season. Arshdeep, a star pacer, is the first Indian bowler to throw a hat-trick of no-ball deliveries in the game’s shortest format.

Indian T2o skipper Hardik Pandya was particularly upset by Singh’s poor performance and was seen shouting at the young bowler. Pandya’s outburst was caught on camera.

However, Singh is still a young and inexperienced player who is learning the ropes of international cricket. It’s not uncommon for bowlers to struggle with their line and length early in their careers.

After this initial debacle, Arshdeep yet again continued his poor form in his second over. He bowled 2 no-balls in the over much to the agony of his teammates. After the first no-ball, he had to digest a sixer on the free-hit delivery. He then went on to bowl yet another no-ball. Overall it has been a poor performance from the youngster. He conceded a total of 37 runs from just 2 overs with a staggering economy of 18.50.
