With the kind of pressure such high-octane games bring to the table, the dinner decision was wise from the management.
It allowed the Pakistan time spend some good time with their respective families along with their team mates. It also helps in the team bonding, and more importantly help the players chill before the clash.
The pictures shared by the Pakistan Cricket Board on Twitter reflect how the players enjoyed their time. All of the players came for the dinner, neatly dressed in casuals, lending an easy feel to the entire atmosphere. Some of the players, including Babar Azam and others were all smiles at the dinner table in Dubai.
Though the players looked calm and relaxed, the atmosphere is going to be quite different when the two teams meet at the Dubai International Stadium.
Not all rosy for Pakistan: When it comes to Pakistan team, the injury to pacer Shahnawaz Dahani is a massive blow. With Shaheen Afridi having been ruled out before Asia Cup started, Dahani will be a big miss in the Super 4 encounter.
The team management need to take a call on his replacement. They can either play Hasnain or Hasan Ali. And with India possessing a brilliant batting unit, Pakistan management needs to look into various factors before taking the final call.
